“Technovision 10”
“Technovision 10” , 2 Day National Level Technical Festival was conducted by all seven departments of JSCOE, Hadapsar together on 5th & 6th March 2010. Dr. M.G. Jadhav, Principal of JSCOE was the Convenor, Suneeta Phadkule, HOD [Mech] was the Event Coordinator & Shashank Birajdar was students’ Coordinator for this function. In this 25 different events were conducted such as paper presentation, Robotics, Model Making, C, C++ programming, Technical Quiz, Contraption, Java Programming, Simulation, gaming etc. We have received very good response from the students.


Highlights of Technovision 10 :
 A separate website www.jscoetechnovision.in is prepared by our TE (Comp) students for information & Registration online.
 Total number of participants reported = Approx. 1500.
 Technovision 10 was inaugurated by a novel idea of contraption by Mr. Bhushan Joshi, CEO of Kalyani Energy System Ind.    Ltd. & also by watering the sapling to make it eco-friendly inauguration, keeping aside the traditional practices. The    keynote address delivered by Mr. Bhushan Joshi was very much enlightening for the students.
 Prizes given worth rupees more than 2 lacs.
 First time the event “online Quiz” was arranged by comp students, which received the entries from Dhanbad, Chennai,    Assam, Kerala etc.
 Feedback collected from participants about the event management was very much appreciating. However it was revealed    from the feedback that there should be provision of lodging facility for outside students.
 As a memory of 25 events, all 25 event co-coordinators (students) have planted total 25 trees at JSCOE Garden on 9th    March 10.
